Xolani Ndlovu
Head of Financial Services
In his latest role, he was the Strategy & Corporate Development Executive for Africa for an LSE listed diversified financial services firm with operations in 13 African countries. In this role, he led the definition of its long term Africa strategy, solving complex business issues and had responsibility for new acquisitions and disposals. During his career, he has observed and believes in the significant potential of AI and machine learning for solving complex financial services problems and improving customer and business outcomes.
His published work appears in a variety of scholarly journals. Dr. Ndlovu also serves as an Advisor to the Age of Learning Foundation and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Africa Review of Economics and Finance Journal.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe, as well as a Masters degree and a PhD in Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
